60th Birthday 2014 - 10/24/2014

About 60 of us celebrated our 60th Birthday together in Great Neck.
Friday evening began with an informal gathering in the bar at the Inn at Great Neck.
We enjoyed reconnecting with old friends while having dinner and drinks.
Of course we closed the place down and had to move to the lobby.

Saturday at noon we descended on Gino's Pizza to enjoy some slices.

We watched the Homecoming Football game at South....they could have used our help...!!

Saturday night took us to the Polish Club in Port Washington to see the Rockets in concert. They were fantastic....we rocked and danced the night away. The band included , Corey Bergman, Eric Kruse, Barry Douglas, George Boziwick and Alan Pomerantz...his mother was in the audience rocking out!!!
All proceeds went to the Ukulele Kids Club, Inc. I'm told $6,000 was generated for the worthy cause.
we wrapped the weekend up with brunch at the Inn at Great Neck on Sunday.
Always sad to say goodbye to old friends....BUT looking forward to our 45th reunion in 2017.
